The Free Radicals
A free radical is defined as “an uncharged molecule (typically highly reactive and short-lived) having an unpaired valence electron.”
Free Radicals disrupt the status quo in Solar City. They are rebels with a cause, who do plenty of damage, but their attempts to gain ground against the Authority have been short-lived… until they seek an additional charge, finding an unlikely catalyst in Evan Wheat.
